Served with a mustard cream, gherkins & chicken skin

Creamy mushrooms on a toast (vegetarian)

Carpaccio à la Ombord

The Mains

Today’s fish baked in sour yoghurt & herbs (vegetarian version – ask the staff)
grilled pointy cabbage, marinated fennel & fish fumé flavoured with mustard

Cordon Bleu à la Ombord with cockerel
grilled king trumpet mushroom, pickled Brussels sprout & a purée of carrots

Grilled flat iron steak
roasted beech mushrooms, purée of celery & Madagascar pepper sauce
